Beware What You Say Online !

So sad 6 people were charge with insulting Malaysia Perak Sultan on a royal website.
They were located across the country and charged at separate locations. All deny the offence except a guy (private school laboratory assistant) commit the offence and incur $10,000 (RM) fine. Believe the other 5 will in the second court soon.
According to New Straits Times, they are not blogger but ordinary people who posted comments on the Perak Royal website using nasty and obscene words. So, is your comment worth $10,000 ?
I noticed 2 things from here. Malaysia government take serious and fast action on Internet related cases. You have to responsible on what you say, even Online in virtual world. (more…)
