Nikon DSLR D5000 Announced

Late post. Nikon already announce new toy D5000 early last week. Long awaiting DSLR for Nikon fans since months ago, after Canon announce 500D.
Am planning to get a DSLR for photography interest. I prefer Nikon because its sharpness and outlook design. Its previous beginner model D60 is not bad, but only 3 point. This model is what I waiting for, but out of my budget. So how to make choice?
