I started 2 blogs for both of my friends, and they both has PR4 after 2 months of blogging, as for my own personal blog at misterhobbes.net, i was rewarded with PR5. Perhaps the layout got to be professional looking? as oppose to spammy layout? perhaps it is the layout.
