For the longest time I had used Office 2003 and this converter was necessary for me to open/edit Office 2007 files. Now I use Office 2010 (which is pretty nice), but this converter worked well for me for years!

Ya this is good. At first I was using Office 2007 reader, but read only; until I found this compatibility pack later.
