DIY Natural Handmade Soap

This post stayed in my draft for more than a month! But force myself to write it finish before I forget.
Standard of living is improving, chemical in daily use product is increasing too. That’s why people are more concern on Natural and Homemade product for healthy life.
How To Make Natural Handmade Soap?
Here come my new interest – Natural Handmade Soap! It is not only interesting, but useful for sensitive skin and smoothen your body (read: Why use Natural Handmade Soap?). Because all made by 100% pure plant oil!
Want to know how interesting to make a soap? Prepare tools such as induction cooker and mixer.

Safety first. Wear eyeglass and gloves for protection.

Opps..the yellow glove too tight, change to plastic glove. Not to forget the face mask and apron too.

Prepare raw material to make soap.

Mix few type of oils together according to calculation.

Measure oil temperature before can mix with the raw material.

Stir it fast until trace. Timing is vital in this part!

Put into the mold quickly after traced.

Keep the mold nicely in the baby bed (warm box) for Saponification.

Cut the soap bar into slices and wait for the saponification process to be complete.

We received enthusiastic response since start to sell online. Sold about 30 pcs just in a week, pretty good sign to start the online business.
