I have watch preview of Bolt on Internet before it show in cinema. The official movie trailer was so cool on its 3D graphics. So impressed on the Super Dog – Bolt, born with the body sign of thunder!

I thought it will be the same Hero story in American style. Watch the movie together with my wife with heart of watching normal cartoon. But surprise I was wrong after 10 minutes of the show. What surprise? Discover the answer yourself in Cinema.

Best Animation of the Year

I give Bolt as best animation of the year 2008. The best animation I have watched this year, although the story quite short.

It can consider as good education movie for kids too. The moral of the story is “There is no such Power in real life”. We have to learn and face the real life like what Bolt did. This is the surprise part. Out of my expectation. (more…)

I’ve watched the Batman movie, The Dark Knight. I went to cinema to watch the movie because 1) Movie editor give it a 5 star. 2) I never watch Batman movie in cinema.

The Dark Knight Story

I thought Batman is hero. After the movie, he is NOT. I think Batman series is not a movie of Hero. It’s more on discuss inner heart of human being between righteousness and wicked. So, it is not so emphasize on action. I would say it is a philosophy movie.

The storyline bring audience to a conclusion: Wicked people without rules are winner. I’m not sure whether the author want to bring out this fact of the world purposely, or just my feeling? Anyway, the end is quite negative. (more…)

I’m member of MBO cinema. Watch movie in cinema is the easiest entertainment for me. I watch movie quite frequent, but seldom write movie review. This time, I should write a movie review and recommend you to watch “Journey To The Center of The Earth”.

My wife and I have watched the movie last night. To make sure won’t miss it, we have bought the tickets a day earlier. There was only 2 booked seats when we bought from auto ticketing machine. The ticket price so cheap! Only RM6 per seat. So, we thought no high expectation on the movie.

By looking at the movie poster, it look so cartoon. I thought it is another childish movie. (more…)
