While I’m considering which movie to watch (The Darkest Hour or Sherlock Holmes 2), my friend told me The Darkest Hour is a disappointing movie.

Fortunately I get to know this earlier or else I’ll be disappointed too by Darkest Hour’s attractive trailer. That is why movie review is so important nowadays.

What to Expect in Sherlock Holmes 2? We expect fast British English conversation, complicated story line and more actions! Maybe I should read the subtitle faster as suggested by LiewCF.

IMDB rate this movie at 7.7/10 stars from 31k reviewer. It should be the last great movie of 2011.

Since my last movie Mission Impossible 4 was so comfortable on a twin seat, this time have bought a twin seat too! ;)

Let’s hope tonight have a great movie time and don’t fall asleep.

I bought the ticket online yesterday night and print out myself. Due to promotion price, most good view seat has been taken by others. I decide to buy twin seat since my wife and I never try before.

The most nervous scene below in MI4. How Tom Cruise climb on the glass window? Keep reading till the end.

Transparent Screen

Unable to find any scene picture for this transparent screen gadget. But it is awesome. It detect face angle and position then render image from back to front screen. The MI agent hide behind the screen without people knowledge.

iPad 2

With help of iPad, the agent can see from hidden place with a flexible camera add-on. It also use to show rendered image on the transparent screen.

iPhone use as timer count down and card reader hacking tool!

Sticky Gloves

A pair of electric gloves that can stick mission impossible hero on the wall. In the movie, Tom Cruise climb up on the Burj Khalifa glass window (Tallest building in the world).

In real life, University of Kiel in Germany has made Crazy tape that manage to hang weight of a person on ceiling!

My Two Cents

Unexpectedly, the twin seat is very cosy with nice view! ;) And Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol is one of the Best movie in 2011 for me! Unstoppable action, luxury scene, tortuous story and impressive gadgets! Especially the BMW i8 concept car. Have you watch the MI4? ;)

Luckily we bought the tickets 2 days earlier, if not sure wait in long queue and sit in first row!

The movie was buzzing around Internet, Newspaper, TV ads before it comes to the big screen. It was over emphasized on Mayan Calendar. The actual movie did not discuss much on Mayan prophecy.

To me the movie is about conspiracy, natural disaster, dangerous humanity, humor and don’t forget the magnificent computer graphics! The graphic tell us that Computer Graphic Technology is a level up compare to The Day After Tomorrow few years back. The earth quake in city too lifelike.

Recommend to watch? Definitely YES! It is the best movie I’ve seen so far in this year. The high-tech Ark surprise me a lot. Don’t watch the online long trailer to get more surprise in cinema. :)

By the way, do you think the World will be end by year 2012?

Transformers fans start to book cinema tickets online. Some cinema even sold off half of their seats.

While people booking their tickets, I receive an invitation to watch FREE Transformers movie screening at GSC, One Utama, PJ. Dated on 3rd July09, 8.30pm.

Of course, I believe they must promote *something* to you. But who care as long as we can watch the Transformer without a single cent.

Unfortunately, I’m not near to PJ. So can’t enjoy the free ticket. Better go purchase the ticket earlier at MBO cinema! Anybody want follow?

Lot of children in the cinema watched this cartoon. Feel I’m kids too! Haha.

My most favorite character is BOB. Brainless dump cute jelly. It is a family movie that cheer you and your kids during this school holiday! Don’t miss it ;)

The official movie trailer was so cool on its 3D graphics. So impressed on the Super Dog – Bolt, born with the body sign of thunder!

I thought it will be the same Hero story in American style. Watch the movie together with my wife with heart of watching normal cartoon. But surprise I was wrong after 10 minutes of the show. What surprise? Discover the answer yourself in Cinema. :)

Best Animation of the Year

I give Bolt as best animation of the year 2008. The best animation I have watched this year, although the story quite short.

It can consider as good education movie for kids too. The moral of the story is “There is no such Power in real life”. We have to learn and face the real life like what Bolt did. This is the surprise part. Out of my expectation.

Now is good timing for whole family to enjoy this animation in school holiday season. A must watch animation. The story is touching if you have rare pet experience.

Bolt available in 2D and 3D version. My home town cinemas don’t have 3D version. My opinion, 3D version does not make much different. Only 2 or 3 scenes need 3D effect. The main point on its story line.

I like the Rhino character. It is Bolt’s #1 Super Fan! So cute. It’s slogan: “It’s a good day to die”.

Some ask which breed is Bolt? The answer is small white German Shepherd. I love dog, do you? ;)

I went to cinema to watch the movie because 1) Movie editor give it a 5 star. 2) I never watch Batman movie in cinema.

The Dark Knight Story

I thought Batman is hero. After the movie, he is NOT. I think Batman series is not a movie of Hero. It’s more on discuss inner heart of human being between righteousness and wicked. So, it is not so emphasize on action. I would say it is a philosophy movie.

The storyline bring audience to a conclusion: Wicked people without rules are winner. I’m not sure whether the author want to bring out this fact of the world purposely, or just my feeling? Anyway, the end is quite negative.

My two cents

It is not recommended for whole family although it is “U”. There are many fighting stuffs and insane criminals. The best tech part is Batman motorbike and sonar positioning detection system integrated into eye glasses and mobile phone.

Batman use this system to see through objects behind the walls. Also he monitor conversations of the whole city!
