How To Make Natural Handmade Soap?

Here come my new interest – Natural Handmade Soap! It is not only interesting, but useful for sensitive skin and smoothen your body (read: Why use Natural Handmade Soap?). Because all made by 100% pure plant oil! :)

Want to know how interesting to make a soap? Prepare tools such as induction cooker and mixer.

Safety first. Wear eyeglass and gloves for protection.

Opps..the yellow glove too tight, change to plastic glove. Not to forget the face mask and apron too.

Prepare raw material to make soap.

Mix few type of oils together according to calculation.

Measure oil temperature before can mix with the raw material.

Stir it fast until trace. Timing is vital in this part!

Put into the mold quickly after traced.

Keep the mold nicely in the baby bed (warm box) for Saponification.

Cut the soap bar into slices and wait for the saponification process to be complete.

I manage to save $14.81 (RM) for road tax. How good? No hassle, no wasting time and can save money!

At last, I found can renew driving license online too. But it is too late for me because I only know my driving license going to expire tomorrow! Must renew it tomorrow at Post Office or get summons soon.

As a healthy blogger, I drink DIY (homemade) enzyme daily for almost a year. It has refine my vitality, energy and excretion system.

Drink How Much?

Many people don’t know how to drink. According to a enzyme magazine, don’t over drink or it wasted. [Your weight in KG] x1ml + same amount of plain water= Enzymes your body need for a day.

For example, I’m 60KG so I drink 30ml Enzymes mixed with 30ml plain water in the morning and night. I get 60ml of Enzymes daily.

DIY Dragon Fruit Enzyme

You can buy ready made enzyme from store, but pricey. I bought at about $69(RM) for 300ml from Cosway. It only cater for 5 days. How if 2 persons? To save cost, we rather DIY at home.

My wife is an experience fruit enzyme maker. This is my first time to make fruit enzyme, Dragon fruit enzyme to be more accurate. Dragon fruit enzyme help to stimulate blood cells production. It is good for my minor thalassemia sickness.

Let’s start to DIY. Prepare 6 dragon fruits and 2 lemons. All in dry condition, if not will failed. Whole process done WITHOUT touching a drop of water!

Cut Dragon fruit, lemon, brown sugar into slices. The dragon fruit slices are sticky huh?

Stack Dragon fruit and brown sugar in layers. The top layer must cover by lemons follow by brown sugar in pieces. Make sure no hole between lemons and brown sugar from eye sight.

Label it with date and store in dark area (no direct sunlight) for 2 weeks.

After 2 weeks, the Dragon Fruit Enzyme is ready for drink. Filter out the fruits.

Pour the enzyme into bottle for easy storage.

By the time I write this post, the cactus became worst. The black spot cover all surface and start to wilt.

Have You McValue Lunch™ -ed this week?

This is the famous slogan I saw at McDonald nationwide. What? $5.95 bucks for a set of McChicken or Filet-O-Fish? Yes! It is true, about $2 bucks discount for each set.

Just brought my wife to try the McValue lunch this afternoon. The service is extremely fast. I got my meal within 1 minute. Opps, I forgot to take photo but it is same as photo above except the coke in glass cup.

I have to admit the main purpose to take McValue lunch so soon is to write this review. If not I will go on weekend. The McChicken burger and french fries is delicious as it was!

Top Up or Regret

I regret not top up large, the french fries finished before burger. We had a nice chit chat session at McDonald.

After lunch, I sent my wife home before go to work. She said feel hungry and look for more food at home. Huh? Is my wife too hungry or the filet-o-fish is too delicious? Again, regret not to eat one more burger!
