After hard work for almost a week, my second blog – Dogtist.com is finally up!

Still remember I wrote about how to choose a good domain name? That’s the time I am doing research to register for a suitable name for my blog in new niche market. It’s really a tedious and hard job to design and re-setup a blog from scratch…

Of course, I myself is not able to write for multiple blogs at this moment. So my wife is the main author for this new blog. She already prepared articles few weeks ago, and I believe she can’t wait to see her blog up there now!

What is Dogtist.com?

Dogtist is a blog in chinese language that talk about pets, especially dog. The blog niche was inspired by my “baobei” (the puppy at screenshot below). We will provide and share our experience on pet training, living, and perhaps better guidance than your reference books. So, its a must visit blog for all pet and dog lovers. This is second time I launched online contest in AhTim dot com. It was 500 Entrecard credits to giveaway, but I have increase it to 700 credits and now it is total of 800 credits for the winner of this contest.

Unconsciously, I have been blogging here for the past 6 months. I have learn lots of blogging skills from many probloggers. Some of the bloggers really kind and willing to help newbie like me. Also, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my readers’ support along my way for the past 6 months. Thanks you very much!

So, this month I am not going to reveal my SEO report, but my earnings! Since I want to become a full time blogger, this is also an important report for myself. I think this is one of the most concerning topic by all visitors here. For this time, I will discuss about the relationship between visitors and google adsense. Others make money online ads has not been include inside here.

I extract the data from AWStat and Adsense report, then paste in Google spreadsheet to generate nice graph below (import csv file is not working well). These data are based on last 100 days activity.

About Visitors

As you can see from the Visitors graph, my visitor is gradually increase until I invested $5 bucks in stumble upon to get a little surge on visitors. My visitors is keep increasing since then and end up with more than 570 visitors on slimstat results yesterday. I believe with this increment, I will get hit 100 visitors in this year soon.

About Google Adsense Earnings

As you can see from the graph below, my adsense earnings is not stable for the past 2 months. But since my visitors has been increased up to about 400-500 daily, I start to see my adsense make some real money everyday! This is really excited and happy experience.
