According to Google Analytics report, AhTim.com has achieved a new milestone in term of Website traffic. We’ve passed the 100,000+ pageviews/month, right before new year 2010!

I would like to thank you guys, to be more accurate 47k unique visitors of you all. Especially regular readers, feed readers, and online friends that come to the blog regularly. You helped me enter to the next blogging milestone.

I wish to achieve better results this year. Once again, thanks for staying with the blog. More great contents on the way out. Enjoy the day! ;)

It was on last Friday. I wanted to write this post ealier but too busy with new office relocation after come back from Korea.

Time flies faster than rocket for busy man. Two years ago still not very sure what blog is. Now not only me, but make my wife, brothers and sister started their own blogs too.

What I get for the past one year? Last year is much more better than the previous. At least achieve new step stone in make money online. Can’t remember in details, just show some of my new gadgets this last year.

In fact I wanted to buy my dream laptop – MacBook as a gift for myself during this anniversary month. Due to money constrain after Korea trip, have to postpone :(

What I learned? I have learned many things I don’t know. Social media such as facebook, improved writing skills, basic digital graphic technique, and DSLR photography techniques. Yes, I found camera shooting is my latest interest and it is really fun.

My wish for 3rd year Blogging? Of course the first one is MacBook. Also I need more traffic to reach more new reader. Hope you all help me to promote AhTim dot com to your friend, family, uncle, aunty, even people you do not know :)

When I think my time spend along these 2 years, it is really not easy to become a full time Problogger. But this thought just pass by, I have to keep positive thinking to achieve my dream as a full time blogger.

Last but not least, I have to thanks for all royal readers – You continue support me over the year. And do hope you enjoy reading more technology, internet articles in the next one year!

There are so many changes these 2 years. Loves one leave us, World condition changing worst, the speed of life….but my aim blogging here doesn’t change. I still heading towards my dream to become a full time blogger.

Visitor’s map overlay in Google Analytic tell where my readers stay. By country, most of them come from United States, Malaysia, and Canada.

  • United States (15,629)
  • Malaysia (3,521)
  • Canada (2,675)

To be more specific, I dig into state level. Top three states have most visitors from

  • California (2,736)
  • Kuala Lumpur (1,522)
  • New York (1,514)

My Two Cents

I’m glad my web hosting server located at US. It serve faster for most readers. Wish upgrade to Private Virtual Server for better reader experience. What do you think?

Why? Get back my page rank PR3 and received my new and Free iPod Touch 2nd Gen together with the latest LiveSpeakR at the same day.

I was penalized by Google months ago without my knowledge. I only realized when I check my page rank (PR). As you know, I have submitted a Reconsideration Request early last month.

After wait for 2 weeks, no notification, no news, nothing. Then I resubmit another reconsideration request again last week. And now AhTim.com get back its PR3 !

Once got back my PR, the traffic (visitors) hit up again. With this PR return, I believe this blog should achieve new high traffic record soon. Don’t know this web server can support huge traffic not?

Congratulations to me ! And say bye bye to paid links and text link ads.

You better believe it! I won an iPod Touch 16GB 1st generation last year. And I have won iPod Touch 8GB 2nd generation again this time!

I didn’t buy any gift for myself during my anniversary trip. Fortunately, LiveSpeakR is so generous enough to choose me as the big prize winner of their contest. I got myself a big prize again this year! Looks unbelievable huh? ;)

Big Prizes: iPod Touch and LiveSpeakR

One of the biggest lacking in iPod touch 1st generation was No Speaker! I’m so happy to wait for this “speaker enable” iPod touch 2nd generation deliver to me. 8GB is not that big but enough for my songs and videos.

On top of that, I also won an ultra portable speaker system from LiveSpeakR. This fold-able speaker design specifically for iPhone and iPod touch. I choose black color to match my new iPod touch. Its latest new model comes with cradle stand, selling from $100 to $130 in the market. Is not cheap huh? Can’t wait to try out the mini hi-fi speaker quality!

My two cents

Since I already have an iPod touch. How about change the prize to iPhone 3G instead? I replied LiveSpeakR email and write on my request to change the prize to iPhone 3G ( Actually the cost of iPhone 3G also lower than iPod touch, $199 instead of $229 USD). Hope they will consider my request. :) If not, I will very satisfied to receive the iPod touch 2nd generation too!

You guess what they reply? I’m waiting the reply and hope to receive the prizes soon. May only receive on next month I think. Because the new LiveSpeakR model will be available later this month.

As I said, I only introduce those high chances contest here. And see? It works for me. Although I don’t have intention to win any prize, it still bring me big surprise. Have you join any contest and won any prize? Please share with us at comment below.

DigitalMobiler Tech Blog Launch

DigitalMobiler.com is my 2nd tech blog since I blog. The new tech blog come into my mind after research, brain storm and think of niche market. Basically, DigitalMobiler.com reviews on latest, interesting and useful gadgets that everyone like. The blog will concentrate mainly on Mobile Phones, Laptop, Computer, GPS, Media Players ,etc. Mostly on hardware.

Checking gadget specification is my habit to know a new gadget. I’ll collect useful specification and information for your concern. Hope these info help you to make a right choice before buy a new gadget.

Weblog Design

Initially, I modified my 3 column Cool Water theme to suit my need. At last, I changed my mind to use the default kubrick theme. If you take a look at DigitalMobiler.com, I have modified its sidebar, header and single post to has a sidebar. Main reason I decide to use the theme is it Simple, Clean, User friendly. :)

My two cents

I just started to post article on yesterday. If you want me to review or compare any gadgets, you are welcome to leave in comment. Later this month, I’ll buy a gadget for myself to show appeciation for hardwork over the year. Stay tune with me.
