Am I Spamming Entrecard?

As you all know, I giveaway 800 entrecard credits for my last contest. Until today, the winner never contact me back to claim his prize. I am not sure what happen to him. But he can’t claim from me anymore if he come to me now. Why?
When I check my Entrecard credits today, do you know what happen? My Entrecard credits has been deducted 900 points! According to the transaction history, the deduction due to I spam Entrecard.
I am very curious, what have I done to spam Entrecard? I never send spam message to entrecard users, also did not do anything on my Entrecard account. Why Entrecard claimed that I spamming Entrecard?
I tried to search for the answer in their FAQ section, no answer. I tried to search in Google, also no answer. After all, I decided to take out my entrecard since this system is not reasonable, and no use for me. Rather, it waste my blog space. There are quite a few bloggers in my approval list, but I have no choice to take it out.
My credits left 9 points. Who want it?

Wow, they hit your account like that. I never got your message through EntreCard and didn’t know I had won until I was checking my referral logs. If it makes you feel better, my account is -5400 credits. Hopefully you can get it straightened out with them.
I kinda fell out of love with EntreCard about a week after I entered your contest. If you get your credits back, just split them between the other two entrants.

@ Jotun: So sorry for that. I’ve send mail to you as well as announced on my blog, so next time please check mail frequently. BTW, why your entrecard -5400 credits?
