After struggling to setup AhTim.com, I want to share you the plugins and widgets that I use here. I think this is the most basic settings for a blog to make money online.
Plugins
1. AddThis Social Bookmarking Widget (drop-down)
Help your visitor promote your website or blog. Put the AddThis Social Bookmarking Widget on your site or blog, so any visitor can easily bookmark it. The widget works with all popular bookmarking services. By AddThis.com.
Place Google AdSense ads in your WordPress Posts. Requires WordPress 1.5 or higer. For complete usage and configuration click on AdsenseDeluxe under the “Options” menu. By Acme Technologies.
Akismet checks your comments against the Akismet web service to see if they look like spam or not. You need a WordPress.com API key to use it. You can review the spam it catches under “Comments.” To show off your Akismet stats just put <?php akismet_counter(); ?> in your template. By Matt Mullenweg.
Out-of-the-box SEO for your WordPress blog. By uberdose.
5. Another WordPress Meta Plugin
Plugin for inserting the META tags ‘keywords’ and ‘description’ into your posts, pages and index page. By some guy.
Contact Form ][ is a drop-in form that allows site visitors to contact you. It can be implemented easily (via QuickTags) within any post or page. This version is *specifically* for WordPress 2.x only. By Chip Cuccio.
Originally authored by Steve Smith, this plugin detects all ways to access your original WordPress feeds and redirects them to your FeedBurner feed so you can track every possible subscriber. By FeedBurner.
Mirrors the function of wp_title() exactly, but moves the position of the ’separator’ to after the title rather than before. By Aaron Schaefer.
Give your readers a little remindet to subscribe to your blog’s feed at the end of each post. By Trevor Fitzgerald.
Ultimate Tag Warrior is a tagging plugin, that’s heavy on tag visualisation. I Like Pi! By Christine Davis.
On-demand backup of your WordPress database. Navigate to Manage → Backup to get started. By Austin Matzko.
Track your blog stats. Based on Stephen Wettone’s SlimStat, Jeff Minards’s plugin, Markus Kammerer’s wp-shortstat rewrite. It can be used upon an existing wp-shortstat database: includes an import tool to upgrade your database. Note: disable wp-shortstat plugin, if enabled. By Mr. Coolmann.

So far the All in One SEO Pack is doing great over here. Increased my visitors from about 45 > 120 a day!

@rem: All in One SEO is working great. But still your content is the most important. BTW, how long have you blog to get 120 visitors daily?

Hi -
I recommend to take a look at the social bookmarking plugin from jost de vaalk (http://www.joostdevalk.nl/) It’s better (in my oppinion) that the one you mention in your post.
