What’s happening on AhTim.com ?

Time flies when you are busy! Yes, time really flies and now it’s time for me to reveal my 2nd monthly SEO report here. I thought I was just blog for a month here, but it’s NOT true. Because I’ve posted my 1st monthly SEO report some time on 13 October, so now I am so exciting to compare the improvement and hard work that I’ve done for the pass 1 month!

My Monthly SEO report

1. Alexa

If you still remember, my alexa ranking in 1st monthly SEO report was 820,734 and now cllimbed up to 342,972. What a huge leap! This means AhTim.com has jump ahead 477,762 websites or blogs within the last 1 month. It was 58% improvement on Alexa ranking this month :) I’m quite satisfied with the progress. My next target would be hitting rank 200,000 on my next month SEO report.

As for the rank within my country Malaysia, it’s harder to compete compare to overall Alexa ranking (Maybe Malaysia too many serious bloggers?) :)

But anyhow, my ranking within Malaysia has been increased from 5,555 to 4,632! It’s about 16% improvement, jump ahead 923 blogs within the last month.

2. Google Webmaster

This is my latest top seach queries list extracted from Google Webmaster. I’m quite surprise that my blog stay at position #9 for the keyword “latest gadjets“. Also surprise that quite a lot people searching my name “Ah Tim” in google. Do you know they search for what ?

3. AWStat

Refer to the AWStat above, I’ve 2405 unique visitors for the past 2 months. After deduct the amount based on last month report, my AWStat report for this month Nov 07 is 1390 unique visitors, 3139 visits and 17318 pages! After average the amount, it is about 104 visits per day which I think is a good improvement compare to last month report as 60+ visits per day.

4. Technorati

AhTim.com in Technorati is staying at rank 126,758 with 59 Authority compare to last month rank 517,455 and 16 Authority.

5. Feedburner

As I mentioned in my 1st monthly SEO report, I wish to achieve 50 RSS readers in this month. But as you can see from the screenshot below, my highest feeds is 34 RSS readers, and the average for the last 30 days is 21 RSS readers (which is about 10 more readers compare to the first month). But as overall, this is still my big weakness and huge space to improve. Hope you could help me to achieve 50 RSS readers by next month SEO report! :)

My two cents

After hard work for this month, I can see the return in term of Alexa ranking. My Alexa ranking has largest improvement compare to others. My target for next month as below:

Alexa rank: 200,000

Average daily visits: 200

RSS readers: 50 readers

      Hi Tim,
      Do you use any free counter service like sitemeter or statcounter? As i know they give different value to me and normally statcounter will give higher value. I believe you had put a lot of work in order to increase your Alexa ranking. And you manage to increase so much, hope i can learn from you too!

      Those stats are pretty impressive. If you could get an average of 200 visitors every day you’re well off to making a lot of money online ;)
