Today is time to withdraw Adsense earning again. I believe this time will be the highest exchange rate (USD to RM) in my blogging life.

I’ve been blogging for so long but never reveal my Adsense earning. I don’t want reader follow my post because of make money. Technology information is more important for my reader and more useful.

I wish to write this post weeks ago but too busy. I get married for 5 years but never do blood test before. What happen if got serious sickness pass on next generation? Too dangerous.

As a healthy blogger, blood test shouldn’t skip from our schedule once a year. My wife and I decided to do blood test years ago but scared. Until last 2 weeks, we really take serious on this matter and head towards BP Healthcare Laboratory.

Blood Test Experience

We choose BP Healthcare Lab due to 2 reasons: Have doctor in the lab to explain test results and looks more professional. This is first time blood test in my life. I really scare the needle poke into my arm to draw blood.

I heard it is like ant bite, but is terror to see my blood come out from body into the tube. I decided to not see the draw blood process. Fortunately, the nurse complete the whole process within seconds and set me free. Huh～

Draw blood is easier for thin man, blood nerve more obvious. My friend who is fatter take 2-3 pokes before draw blood successfully. Perhaps the cholesterol is too thick to cover the nerve?

We not only do blood test. We actually took blood test + cancer markers + lung/heart function + ultra sound. Total of $400 bucks one person. Two for $800 bucks. We hope this full check help to diagnose more details.

How well is your Website perform? Many of you may use Alexa to check a Website ranking. But I have to tell you that is not enough.

Alexa is just a traffic rank evaluation. How about page rank? domain age? inbound links and estimated site value? All these info could make your Website ratings more accurate.

It is too troublesome to check all info above one by one. That is why I stop my monthly traffic report last year.

URLRate is the tool you need to check all at a glance. It check 5 commonly use criteria to determine a Website rate: Domain age (the older your domain, more value it becomes), Page Rank, Inbound Links, Traffic Rank (from Alexa), and Site Value (just for reference, not actual value).
